We detest food waste on Wilde Farm. Local families drop off fallen fruit from their gardens, local food banks pass on unused vegetables - Bind Newcastle dug up potatoes for their food waste hub. We have also donated surplus eggs to North East Homeless in North Shields and Kenton Food Bank where families in need can collect them for free as well as the Big River Bakery in Shieldfield where customers pay what they can afford.
